Chill Out Day!

It's my day off today so I slept in this morning. After I got up, I went straight to the kitchen as I felt like cuppa coffee. I opened the cupboard and looked for something quick for break fast. I put the jug on, looked at ingredients in the cupboard and started mixing them up. You know what! I ended up with making savoury pancake. Here is the result of it.


I can't eat them all thought, have kept some for dinner.

It was nice and sunny yesterday. We got on the train and went to Sandringham, had cuppa coffee, bottle of beer, fish&chips, wander around, and took some photos.

A friend from NZ visiting Melbourne in the hottest day

It was 46.4C (115.52 Fahrenheit) in Melbourne on Saturday 7th February, and that was the hottest day since 1950s. Fiona - one of our wonderful friends from New Zealand visiting us on the long weekend (Waitangi weekend in NZ). We went to Dockland for breakfast, then shopping, and end up at St Kilda but we didn't do things much as it was v...e...r...y hot and uncomfortable. Lucky still got some photos to show you
