chicken garlic and oyster sauce with tofu

I first cooked this dish when I had a friend turned up one night and stayed for dinner. I didn't prepare for that. I then found something in the fridge just enough to experiment. And... I did it..! I admit that I did it very well. My friend liked it. Now it became one of my favorite dishes :-)
